Neck tether hazard

I did finally make a neck tether work for me yesterday. I had to double the bungee before I put it thru the rope sheath. It's a bit short, but worked fairly well.

It will just be a winter thing for me though. The didier is perfect unless I have a bunch of layers to hassle with.
