If you don't mind me asking, which sales rep did you deal with? BIK has supplied us with trucks for demonstrations several times and I maybe dealing with them for a PM in the next year so it would be nice know if they're just like every other dealer in the world.

I dealt with Jeff, I thought he was a good rep. Just when talking to him in the beginning he tells you he's got someone else interested in it too. I thought it sounded like another sales pitch. Turned out to be true, but just wasn't so sure of it in the beginning. They were easy to deal with overall.

You currently have the 38ton, is that not big or versatile enough as a k-boom for ya?

We're looking at a Kboom to haul around our mini crane and do removal so our 38 can spend more time going out on rentals (Construction work and such)
