my new house

I told some of you I just made an offer on a house. Here it is. Houses are unbelievably cheap here in the country. Of course, you can't sell them either. But this one is right off of Main Street. I can put a sign up, or advertise wood carvings.
My mortgage will be cheeper than my current rent. Treebuzzers passing through are welcome. I'm thinking about doing kids climbs or something in the big sycamores.

Its a garage with a furnished apartment on top with tenant included (no lease). That's what makes the mortgage cheaper than my rent /forum/images/graemlins/applaudit.gif And they say good deals are hard to find.
