I’d say that’s accurate. I’m very consistently a 9 in boots and shoes and these are a little roomy.

Using a tape measure. From the top of the big toe to the back of the heel it’s 9.5 maybe 9 3/4. I don’t think that’s the accurate way to do it though.

Likely not. I’m a full inch to inch and 1/4 bigger than you, so I think they are too small for me..
