Position: Market Manager – Tree Care
Responsibilities:
Attributes: The ideal candidate is a passionate climber or/and has experience with products used for work at height. Will demonstrate a strong technical and analytical prowess. Must be able to work well in an international team environment while taking project ownership and responsibility. Creative person who can think outside of the box on new business opportunities and deal with situations in creative ways. A person who does not hesitate to roll up their sleeves and do what must be done, in order to meet business and customer needs. High level of self-confidence. Self-starting orientation with an intense drive to "make things happen". High degree of integrity. Administrative skills needed. Must be a highly effective communicator, possessing excellent listening skills, while showing a high command of verbal and written skills. Must be a strategic thinker with a proficiency in solving problems and the ability to motivate and persuade others in support of their ideas.

Position: Market Manager – Tree Care
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing efforts for the tree care market segment;
- Effectively establish and coordinate the allocation of resources and budgets;
- Assisting in development projects in an international team (from idea generation through to transition to production)
- Responsible for preparing and implementing marketing plans for the tree care market;
- Develop sales forecast for the market segment responsibility;
- To determine and fulfill appropriate customer/prospect contact and communications including routine phone calls, trade shows, climbing events, etc.;
- To jointly agree to sales targets and goals with the business unit manager;
- Prepare product pricing analysis and recommend action;
- Understand, analyze and evaluate profitability by product line and make recommendations for additions and deletions for each market responsibility;
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (40%)
