Man shot...property line clearing

Had a similar situation here about 2 years ago. 74-year-old neighbor shot and killed a 28-year-old who was just starting to get his tree service business off the ground. The guy was convicted and sentenced to life.

I feel for the boys.

Apparently you have to keep gun toting home owners in mind when you go to the front door. Yikes. I've got old customers, as my friend put it, who are just starting to be one french fry short of a happy meal. Bad mix with guns.

I had a kid "dry trigger" with me his father's 9mm handgun while I was working in an urban tree. Just a game to the kid. I didn't call the cops as it was at the height of young black men and teenagers being killed by police under dubious circumstances. Got it straightened out by talking to people in the neighborhood who knew the family. I was very pissed off though.
