Lost another...

Pantin err. This makes two now. Any one else have an habitual problem with losing a particular peice of gear?

Lost? How'd you do that? Can't say I did. Got all my stuff stolen out of my car once but I got it all back.

yeah i used to misplace my pantin all the time because i would forget to take it off after a climb, clean up after with it on, and wouldnt realize it until i was takin my boots off at home. then i would put it someone stupid. now i take it off after my climb and right into the gear bag.

I've do the same thing CutHigh - I still occasionally forget to take it off while cleaning up, then put it in a "good" spot in the truck where it won't get misplaced. Usually not an issue if I am climbing the next day, any longer than that though....

If he cowboy in me leaves his spurs/Pantin on I put it in my pocket. Then when my boots come off it goes inside my boots if I'm going to change out dirty pants. Otherwise it stays in my pocket for the next day.

I, fortunately, hate the sound of it clicking while I walk around so it comes of my foot and gets clipped on to my saddle before I get a chance to hide it from myself. Always losing my gaff guards however...

Yeah, my guys lost my Geckos last week. I'm not too happy about it. Ordered a new set today with the euro gaffs. Thought I'd try them out.

Update- pantin found- left at customers property must have fallen from my bag. Thanks for the moral support! Going to have to be more careful from now on though.

I misplae my pantin all the time, but it always turns up. Right now I am looking for my pole saw head/scabbard and a pruner head.
