Didn't see tree work anywhere, and there are exemptions that would allow someone under 18 to work... So ....? It said scaffold or ladders over 6 feet? not tree work.

It says logging. And the classification code that Workmen’s Comp. and the US government give for tree service falls under the same classification code as logging

I honestly didn't see that, but I'll take your word for it. I will assume there is a similar guideline in Canada? Probably in the labor code for minors? Not like India, where you could get 10 year olds to top trees? I'm just being a dink, they may have laws there too?
