Looking for some business tips

Yeah, thats somewhat what I think. I believe he sells himself short, but he says yo ujust can't charge the rich people more all of the sudden, after keeping the price the same for 10 years. We're going to raise them slowly, $5 an hour, so up to $55 an hour and see how it goes for a few months, then maybe $60 an hour, but not higher than that. I'm trying to help some here with this, because after I go to college I would like to return here and take it over, if he keeps it that long(Going on 56 I think, so at least 5 to 6 years before I can take it over, 3 without college.) Hopefully he holds it for the 6 years though. Either way I'm going to college. He's set himself up in some very nice places (Giant horsefarms, people that used to own a TON of land, but are now renting to big name people like Target, Bestbuy, just a giant shopping center) Plus he's made alot of good contacts here, with the nursies, dealers, etc. He's been calling some old customers and getting some more work, so now I think we're getting back on track. Going to have truck signs made in Spring, hopefully a brochure bby then, and some other stuff. Thanks for the advice guys. It's all going to use. Thanks

I think I've heard your name before, I worked with Tree Care by Stan Hunt, and a classmate of mine took over your position @ JobCorps.

BTW, nice website!

Frank is Jr's grandfather, I started with Frank when he ran Action Tree Service and we lived on the same street. As a kid we'd ride our dirt bikes up to his brothers shop and look at all the cool tree trucks.
As a single parent putting Jr through college Frank had a check for Jr's books every semester to help out.Frank and Jim both drove down to Paris Island for Jr's graduation from Marine Corps boot camp.
Thanks for the compliment on the website,it's a work in progress.
