Looking for snowblower attachment to fit Avant

Doing a Google search for “8 gpm hydraulic snowblower” yields a couple results, all 48” models, and 8 gpm is the bare minimum they will run on.

How much do you plan to use this snowblower? At a risk of sounding discouraging, are you sure you want to put a snowblower on that machine? It sounds to me like it will be a very slow, limited-power combination. It might actually be faster just to use the bucket? And not run the risk of overheating/overworking the hydraulic system by pushing it to the limit the whole time you’re blowing snow.

EDIT: Multione recommends their model 100 snowblower for this machine; it’s only a 39” model, which is smaller than I had found elsewhere, so perhaps your 520 will handle it reasonably well.

Reach, you bring up some points I have also been concerned with. I've been thinking another route might be getting an attachment meant for an ATV, which has a dedicated motor and adding a mounting plate. It would be kinda like the .38 Special Stump grinder.

That may be a better option. That will eliminate the hydraulic load on your Multione, and probably will give you a more powerful snowblower anyway. You may be able to get creative and, with the help of a local machine shop, make one of those stand-alone snowblowers fit your Multione. I’m sure they have more than the 12-15 horsepower your loader is able to supply to its attachments.
