Looking for climbers

Well Butch, I hope that I don't come off like someone who wants egg with their beer. I might do it for free with air fair, food and a ride from the airport the the research site but they are advertising a paying gig and when I do the math, I'm the one paying. Perhaps it should have been advertised as an exspence paid vaction and then I would have an easier time seeing it that way. I hope they let me come along.- Nvc

If it is a research project, they should have money. I am now selling analytical equipment to this field. Stuff for soil and plant tissue analysis. At $50-$60k a pop, they still find the funds.

It seems to be a shell game for researchers. It can be that when a limit is set, it is out of her control.

Nevic - a buddy of mine is getting a Phd in Aquatic Biology in San Marcos. A researcher there is collecting tree frogs in 100ft+ trees in the jungles of Ecuador yearly. He is not that good of a climber. I told him if he can arrange the airfare, I can donate the time.
