Looking for a favor

This may sound strange or come off bold, but I could use a favor.
My parents live in Florida and my Dad has become very ill. He is being moved to either Miami or Jacksonville today or tomorrow. I am setting up jobs for my crews and have little time for anything else. My flight will be on a whim. If I have any trouble renting a car, is there a buzzer in either area willing to give me a lift to be with my Mother? I will pay for fuel and your time.
I am trying to make a plan with no timelines in order to be with them asap.

Sorry to hear about the emergency flight.

When I was looking at a pickup on Craigslist I did a search of Certified Arborists in Tampa to see if I could find someone to test drive it. Turned out the Cerviarborist lived only a couple of miles away. He helped me out a lot!

Check the CA list, you might recognize a name.

I'm about 30 miles north of Tampa International Airport, quite a ways from either Miami or Jacksonville, but if there's anything I can do let me know.
You shouldn't have any trouble renting a car if you're flying into a major airport.
I'd highly recommend Enterprise for a rental. Other companies may be slightly cheaper, but Enterprise service is top notch and they won't try to scam you with extra fees like many of the other companies do.
