On our 83hd remote was reading a code yesterday we were able to finish the job
Last night my foreman posted the code and learned it was our load cell was reading a negative load
So this morning I called All Accesss at 9 A.M tech called me back in 10 minutes told me I needed a WiFi hotspot and 450 lbs and to call them back when ready
So I called 15 minutes later and they walked me through recalibrating our load cell
Fixed our lift through WiFi and me on the phone
We were up and running by 10 a.m
Absolutely amazing
I figured I’d share this because I mostly hear all negative stories when I’ve only experienced GREAT service from All Accesss
