Arborist Crew Leaders Wanted
· Minimum 3 years professional tree climbing experience
· Minimum 2 years Crew Leading experience
· ISA Certified Arborist® required
· Ability to climb any size tree for pruning operations
· Ability to remove small to medium size trees
· Ability to drive large, standard transmission trucks
· Ability to lead a professional arborist crew
· Positive attitude and an enthusiasm for learning required
· Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug screen
· Must have a clean driving record
Salary + Benefits
· Annual Salary: $40,000- $52,000
· Competitive compensation based on qualifications and skill
· Health and Dental Insurance available after 90 days of employment (company covers 50% of expense)
· Savings/Retirement plan with company contribution of funds available after one year of employment
· Uniforms provided
· Yearly stipends for boots
· Regular opportunities for employer funded continuing education
· Reimbursement for testing fees for professional accreditations
