New growing professional tree care company serving Eastern Massachusetts.

I very much appreciate anyone who takes the time to read my post.
This is absolutely a unique situation as I only can offer weekend work for now, I plan to build my crew before pressing the throttle on the next phase of growth. I opened the doors last fall (Oct 2025) and have been doing 1 or 2 jobs a week since then with a focus on safety, customer service, professionalism, and high end pruning. I have all 5 star google reviews, a 20 yard chip truck, and all latest progressive climbing gear/rigging equipment/chainsaws etc. Growing slow and organic is by design - I am focused on recurring high end pruning in the wealthy Boston suburbs.
We provide services including: Tree Pruning and structural cabling, Tree Removal, Tree Planting with dreams of a Plant Health Care program as soon as possible.
The Ideal hire is someone experienced doing professional tree work, and willing to work most Saturdays for a short while until workload increases. If you are only needed for ground work some days, your still paid as if you were the one climbing/pruning etc. This is an owner operator business and I am looking for my first hire. Someone who can soon alleviate me from doing all the work so I can have more time to sell/grow the business.
No problem if you work elsewhere M-F for now. and if you have no dreams of getting in on the ground floor of this business, no problem. We still need part time help from those looking for extra weekend work.

* Valid driver's license
* Work performed in accordance with industry standards
* Zero tolerance for drugs, alcohol, or tobacco
**Compensation**
Pay is around $35-55$ per hour or we can negotiate flat rates per day depending on the type of job *We place the highest value on safety, customer service, and pruning ability* I'll be honest , pay is the least of my worries and if you are qualified you will get your number. I am more concerned with finding the right fit.
