They probably meant January 21-23.
Looks like it's 10 miles north of the former group hotel (Rodeway Inn?). I thought I read there's going to be lodging on site. It's a former YMCA camp; maybe cabins are available? It's going to be more isolated than the Windermere location - no cute town square or farmer's market to walk to.

Take a coffee pot? Or camp stove with an old fashioned percolator? That’s supposed to make the best coffee, anyway.

Buy some when you get there, if it’s a liquid fuel stove, it will burn premium gasoline just fine.
