LeafSnap...tree ID app for phone!

Oh snap! Pun intended.

I know some people who do websites and do phone apps. They mentioned creating that very concept. Some one beat them to it.

I can't wait until it's available for Android users.

As if I don't have enough to do in my life :)

Since you guys seem to know more about these apps help me focus my research time.

What is the need/advantage of a TB app?
What does an app do to make life easier?
Post links to wha t imshould look at.

Dirr's Tree and Shrub finder was put out by timberpress this year. It's awesome from what I hear (one of about 2 times I've been dismayed to run android)

I downloaded this to my ipad last night. Worth ever penny, I was glued to it for a couple hours.

Good to hear. Android for life.

They are making the android app for this soon. If the creator decided to make the app for android first, then Apple users would have to wait.

It isn't and android limitation.
