Didn’t hear. I didn’t watch any of it. But just looked it up… lip service… we will see how it translates to action in the next big disaster. But pulling out of climate accord, pulling out of WHO, gutting the govt, I don’t see how any of these things make the govt more able to respond to literally any thing.

Asheville was the only place my wife and I took seriously when considering leaving CA for somewhere less hot. I would have been overjoyed to be your neighbor if we could've afforded to move.

It’s the truth. I’ve had many friends bloodied from assholes who felt threatened by their identities.
I’ve also watched these same assholes get stomped into the side walk by some of the most gorgeous drag queens. Let me tell you there is little difference between a gaff and a good pair pumps.

Yeah we're in San Diego so all good, I had to stop my brain from punning lol. I know several people that were evacuated though. My pregnant cousin had about 70% of her neighbor's homes burned down. No water or electricity yet, they're seriously considering not moving back as it's gonna be a depressing construction site for years.. I hear there's landslide warnings for this weekend's much needed rain. Overall pretty tragic.

Yeah thanks. I've been here pretty much my whole life and last year was the worst flooding ever. My neighbor's home was flooded with 2 feet of water, the roads were like rivers, cars floating into canals etc.. we lost a chunk of slope but overall got lucky.

Spoke too soon, several fires in SD today. This is a pic from a friend's house 20 min away.. We should be ok but it's not normal...
