Does anyone use Job Hazard Analysis or Job Safety Analysis forms on the daily? Do you have a template you'd care to share? A quick google search turns up a few things, some are AI slop which I'd like to avoid. Does TCIA have anything?

I'm torn between having a form (blah blah blah same old thing) and forcing people to generate site specific responses in real time writing as we go.

The form would be faster. Maybe more comprehensive in breadth, with the ability to go deeper.

I think a Biz Forms thread would be useful.

I have an Bidding checklist.

I'd like to make it more of a check the box form.
I don't need it myself, anymore, after so many years, and being on each job. Scaling up, far, far more necessary.

I wonder if an accompanying project Scope of Work and details would be useful in writing to employees.

A lot of that can be addressed through a300 standards.

Yes, the standard forms are a bit deep in breadth. We're working on building some electronic JSA for our CRM that would help a lot.

Bidding checklists are helpful as well. I've started making them for the admin process prior to site visits so that estimate appointments quit creeping into unpaid consulting.
