ITCC can totally make it on TV. Have you seen some of the crap out there? STIHL Timbersports was on ESPN for years. I have contacts at FSN, ESPN, The Outdoor Channel and Versus. They would all take this in a heartbeat.

Speaking from my personal opinion, the internet is the way to go. We were able to post last years ITCC on our site after we covered the event preety quick. I have shot all kinds of events over the years and the ITCC was by far one of my favorites.

We are currently planning on coming back this year and bringing more cameras. You really need about 10 to cover this event right. Being my first time at ITCC I didn't know what to expect last year. The action is up there with anything that is on TV today and the sense of community was amazing. I must have had 10 people behind me at the masters challenge telling me what was going on. I had no clue.

SZ even threw in a little humor, imagine that. Web is the way to go for sure, keeps the cost of production down and distribution is easier. Besides TV is pretty much a one shot deal. Web is on-demand and easy to rewind.

Here's the link, both days are there, enjoy.

PS...we are looking for guest commentators this year.

LMAO!! I could careless if it's 20 times. Never compare a so called champion of a closed comp the world champ. One wonders if they be champ if {every tree climber in the world actually showed up for the comp}. Bring the seed boy out to my job sight. I'd love to see what he looks like after climbing, dragging brush, and heftting wood all day by hand.

Re: ITCC

Just cause the bull is big and looks pretty, doesn't always mean a rider is going to score high points. Best looking tomato in your garden, doesn't mean it would win at the world fair. An NBA allstar team doesn't always win the gold in the olympics.
