ISC Triple action snap- Heads Up!

I've sent the US rep the serial number for my snap and hope they'll get on this ASAP. Rich from ABR got in touch with me pretty quick to get this info, so I'm hopeful. I'd suggest all of you who have had the same issue get the info to Rich so he'll know the depth of the problem.

Throwing defective products out without advising the manufacturer of the problems does all of us a disservice.

First, I didn't throw then out. Second, I never had a problem with a snap. I heard about snaps being manipulated open so I don't use them now. And finally, I'm requisitioned gear, if I don't like it I turn it back in or, when I get new gear I request something that would better suit my needs. I'm not the type that keeps quiet.

Sorry Caballos, I was referring to an earlier post. Whether you purchase the gear yourself, like I and many others here do, or requisition it, the point I'm making is, please, if there is an issue with how it functions new or recently new then advise the purchasing manager and ask that it be past on to the manufacturer and their resellers. Too often these things are just tossed or set aside in storage to be forgotten.
