Looking to buy a friction saver 10 to 12ft with steel rings.

Also small frition saver steel rings about 30 inches.

I have everything to make my own but idk how to other than tying a double fisherman's knot. And im new to that knot and dont have that much trust in it. Id use it maybe 30 ft up. But 60 to 100 . No i wouldn't.

PM me your address and I'll send you a short one with steel rings. No charge.

1 for comfort. Ease of mind. 2 for durability i dont control it during retrieval.

And about falling. I ment having my tie in 30ft and going down working my way up. So i necessarily wouldn't be 30ft. im not comfortable falling at all.
Im just starting using friction savers have an aluminum 6ft and the rings are already getting banged up. Because like i said i dont do a controlled retrieval.
Its just a little hard for me to trust the system. Because if the system failed its there not a chance to catch another limb or anything. Its just a comfort thing. Obviously no one wants to fall. Thats why i started this thread. To find a good frition saver. And to be informed. Whether you like aluminum or steel. I'd rather have steel. Thats my preference.
Why steel and not aluminum?

And why are you comfortable falling from 30' but not 60'?

Oh and enjoy the rope runner. You will have it in just a few days. I hope it will be there monday like it originally said. But mailings been messed up lately. So hope it hasn't changed.
