Lovin' mine too. I'm ok with the small diameter rope bridge. So long as it's strong, removable, easily replaceable, and adjustable, I don't really care about the diameter. Regarding the adjustability of saddle itself: I will agree that it was a PITA to get dialed in, but once I finally got it right, it was right and it remained right. It would be nice if it were easier to adjust, so long as the adjustment hardware was still low profile like it is now. I wouldn't want the saddle to be more easily adjustable at the cost of having bulky hardware attached everywhere. And yeah, larger or stronger bungy material would definitely be an improvement. The "build your own" gear loops just aren't strong enough for my tastes. I like to be able to hang my rigging line/block on my thigh while moving to the next rigging point. I found a work around, but I felt like the build your own loops should have been a little stronger so I could have used them for the purpose.
The single thing that I really want out of any possible upgraded versions is without a doubt the ability to add an honest to god fall protection harness to it. I am having a hard time understanding why the loop on the back of the saddle isn't rated high enough to do the job, but so says the reading material that was included. The rings on the sides (where you attach suspenders) are rated....why not incorporate a rated loop on the back so you can use it as fall arrest?
All of these things (other than the fall arrest point on the back) are minor things though. It's by far the most comfortable saddle I've ever worn and I plan to buy a second one when this one wears out.
