I know that if I had ever been young and put myself in a tough spot, the first thing I would do is quit.

If you don't quit, you're just stuck there, learning and learning and learning.

What's the point of that?
 
Your first step into adulthood is learning that running away is no solution to a problem. Stick around, stay quiet and learn. Ask questions that further the learning.

I was likin' the Bourbon Appreciating folks like Marlinspiker, way better than beer, but Countryboypa that was way funny!
Makes me ponder blind folks prolly shouldn't be eating finger food either, except maybe before the paper work....
 
ok i wont leave but i sure as hell am gonna shut the fuk up. my big mouth doesnt do me any good. if i stop posting ridiculous things, all i ask is a bit of respect. and no i dont deserve your respect but im hoping to rebuild my reputation. so for the record. Hi, I am Brian Sprinkle. I am a new addition to the the buzz. Background info on me: I am from midwest Illinois. I will be graduating from Western Illinois University in May with a degree in AG Science and a minor in Urban Forestry. I am relatively new to the whole world of arboriculture. When I started going to college, the tree care industry was a mystery. The reason why I choose to pursue my career in this industry is because of a tree climbing class that I took. That was almost 3 years ago. Before that, I thought trees just grew and we topped them. I couldn't tell an oak from a maple. The knowledge that I have obtained from learning under Dr. Thom Green and going to conferences/TCIA expos has been invaluable to my professional growth in this industry. But, since I have found the buzz recently, I have learned so much from reading these blogs. I have also learned that Treebuzz has some of leading professionals actively posting relative information about tree care. I think that anyone really wanting to keep up with new equipment/techniques/ect should be actively reading this forum on a regular basis. The tree care industry is evolving before our eyes, and I am glad to be a part of it.

Josh: Human nature is to make mistakes, but it is how we interpret these mistakes that makes us who we are. Leaving the buzz will not help make you a "big dog". It is only going to take you longer to achieve this status without this helpful source of information.
