Here is the winner of a tree we had to work off of this year. A stone DED Amer. elm.

Closer view. It took TK, 2 of his mechanics and myself about 4 hours to get this thing standing and secured.

As always it was a total pain. Having the crane and load 1' from a gas light is qiute scary.

I hear ya! t is very worthwhile though, wouldn't you guys agree? Peter G. from the TCIA was a genius for bringing in the "demo tree" to the tradeshows. /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif

It is worth it. This is the 4th or 5th tree we put up. The hardest part is finding a tree, then coordinating between the topping,clean up, crane and loading, storing and finally set up. Then clean up and reloading and storing the stand. It equals many volenteered man hours.
