I screwed up and my Husqvarna 560 is now dead

Just an update.

I did not straight gas my saw!

Everything points to that the Previous owner did a repair on the saw and ruined the case when taking apart/assembling it, fixed What needed fixing exept for the case and Then set it for sale. Bastard...

Result of damage to case was that the one of the bearings was grinding on the crankstuffer, crankstuffer melted and jammed my saw, while doing so it also ruined my flywheel.

In my area of the world Price for the parts needed to bring it back to life would be about 2/3 of a new 560 xpg. So makes little sence.

Plus side is i learned to take it appart and clean polish piston and cup, i did so before i knew about the case.

Best regards

Ben

Beauty job! Sorry for your loss. Maybe look for one in a pawn shop or a used saw and use those parts to rebuild it?
