I’m done

Many types of pets can be of huge help.
They don't judge.
Are you sure about that? My cats can be terribly judgmental, just look at the evil eye they give you after you drop a pot on the floor or trip over them in the hallway!

That aside, they are great companions, and they always forgive me and come back again, even after I chase them away from clawing up the doorframes.

I may have my own issues, but I’m gonna do whatever I can to advocate for mental health awareness and those struggling. Because I understand the fight. We are in this together
I think the greatest advocacy for mental health awareness is openly speaking to your community about your feelings/struggles. Queer folks coming out and and being accepted/seen as still human by their family/ community is largely what shifted the public sentiment of homosexuality in the US

My cat yells at me just for leaving the house…

I will say, I find this to be an unhealthy mental issue.

Edit: last comment not what i want to add to this thread
You believe wrong.

please elaborate on what you mean…
What I mean by this is, my nephew has a daughter who now wants to be identified by the name of Will.
She is only a teenager. She wants her breasts removed. She is far to young to know what she really wants from life, let alone be influenced from "woke" social media. She's still just a kid.

@SeanRuel before you label me, maybe you should have asked me why I feel this way like Chris has the patience to do so.

I think he views homosexuality as a mental illness
Edit: first take on this comment not the tone i want to add to this thread
I do not view homosexuality as an illness.
When it is pushed on the children, it is an illness.
I should have made myself a bit clearer on the my quote to your origional post.

Lots of lyrics that hit me hard (in a good way) when I was experiencing a pretty bad depression. Several songs acknowledge darkness and still are hopeful or uplifting

Music has gotten me through some very hard times.
There were times when the outcome of my life would have been vastly different, if it were not for music.
Music has helped keep me sane, and push forwards through darker times. It can sooth the soul.
