Brian I really couldnt tell, but if that bucket is a material handler than there is nothing wrong with lifting a log like that.

Just shows us how uninformed our industry is. We need to educate our fellow arborists. If Aerial Lift of Conn. saw this vid, they would "freak".

I gotta be honest with you......... I never even considered that, it never crossed my mind. But on a second look it does appear to be an "Aerial Lift of Ct." unit.(you could be right.... good eye)

Do you think the lower boom could have supported such a large load. It must have really grunted and groaned

I hope the next person who uses that does not get killed though.

It was definately am AL of Conn. No safet lanyard either. nit just hung there.
