How many employes???

We have 15 groundies and 5 climbers 4 crews and I am a floater and we have one know it all,he made foreman at a previous company and didnt know how to use a chain saw so it went to his head big time. Some of the guys said he would cut a tree down with his hand saw and get a groundman to drop the rest of it.

The whole division includes 17. We only handle arbor issues, anything elese is given to irrigation, enhancements, lawn or fert&pest.

I really dig the not one approach, coalitions of independent arborists really seems to me the best way to approach tree work. I think that it would be a more efficient and produce better quality work than the "company" model which tends to get lost into approaching trees in a capital profit margin basis.
