Hot days in Halifax

This past Friday and Saturday, Mark Chisholm came out to Halifax, Nova Scotia to strengthen our skills in Advanced Rigging and Crane Removals. It was scorching hot in Camp Hill Cemetery but much was taken away from this course. Thanks a stack Mark, and if any of you other arborists get a chance to part-take in one of his courses jump on board. There aren't many guys who so easily get the message across.
I'll be posting some photos soon!

Ditto that.

Thanks again Mark. It was the first time I'd seen any crane work done. Smooth is the only way I can describe it. The whole process from the communication between Mark, the crane operator and the ground crew, everything ran as smoothly as every pick. Really something to see. I highly recommend signing up if anyone gets the chance. Just the zip lininig is worth it.

Looking forward to those pics.

Thanks guys! Much appreciated. It was great to be invited there again and to have your participation. Thanks to the guys who set it up (Dan, Danny, John...). And also the guys who helped out with the work (Joey, Chris,Brock...) A big thanks to Howard the crane operator too. He was very smooth. It was a pleasure for me to be there.

BTW, I wouldn't say it was "scorcthing"! /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif Maybe for Halifax /forum/images/graemlins/wink.gif It was only lower 90's or so.

Wait a minute, wait a minute... scorching hot? In Nova Scotia? Doooooood! /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
