Home brew beer

Just wondering if anyone here brews their own beer. Thought it would fun to get into. Any tips or advice from failures or great tasting brews that you made would be great.

hops are easy and awesome to grow. I have mine growing up old throwline into a tree... dont take shortcuts while brewing. Follow the process to a T. Very rewarding hobby

Yeah, I've been doing a lot of reading on it. Didn't really think of growing my own hops...hmmmm.

you can almost watch them grow. Mine are about 20 feet off the ground already... fun to trellis them into different formations etc. fresh hops are a huge plus to your beer.

Is there a drying process or prep work before using them?
