Experienced Tree Climber / Trimmer – Southeast Michigan
Established, family-owned tree service based in Southeast Michigan is looking to add a skilled climber/trimmer to our crew.
We’re not looking for a beginner—we need someone who can get in a tree, make good decisions, and produce quality work safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pruning and removals (mainly residential)
- Rigging, negative blocking, and working tight drop zones
- Working as part of a solid, team-oriented crew
- Aerial equipment used depending on job
- 3+ years climbing experience (required)
- Strong rigging and removal skills
- Ability to work safely and communicate with ground crew
- Shows up on time and takes pride in the work
- ISA Certified Arborist (preferred)
- CDL-A (big plus)
- Valid driver’s license
- Well-maintained equipment and gear
- Professional, safety-first culture
- Opportunities to grow into leadership, training, and management roles
- Ability to help develop and mentor less experienced crew members
