Primary Attributes of Arborist Representative
Possesses a high level of technical, leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Effective time manager
General Responsibilities
Responsible for sales within designated territory
Marketing within office and territory
Customer service
Accounts receivable management
General administration
Production administration
Qualifications:
Must be knowledgeable of the ANSI Z-133 and A-300 safety and professional standards
Must be an ISA certified arborist or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must have insect and disease management experience
Must possess good time management skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks
Candidate must have three years' experience in arboriculture
Bachelors or associates degree in urban forestry, arboriculture or related field preferred but not required
Must be computer literate
Compensation:
The position is paid through commissions against a sales salary draw.
Compensation and benefits will be discussed in detail during the interview process.
