Hi Ranger Terex Issues

I have a 2001 GMC 7500 with a 50' High Ranger Bucket. Terex Model # HR50M spefically that stopped working. Got stuck up right about 25 feet up like a bent knee. Boom would rotate left and right like an old tank turret, sometimes slow, some times fast(er). To get it down we had to crack the lines and bleed her out till she rested in the cradle.

Seems to be an electric issue on the solenoids possibly. Any guidance? The book that came with the truck should be used only as a tire chuck.
