Am I correct in seeing the heavy vibration at the start of the clip decrease to almost smooth operation and then increase again towards the end of the clip?

So the drum had water inside of it. I took knives off and it still makes same noise. Just alot more subtle. Where can I take drum to get it balanced

Vermeer would do something so silly, I would not be surprised if that were actually true!

First question is, does it need balanced if you get all the water out? If it still needs balanced, try a local larger machine shop, or call the dealer and see if they can help you. I would be concerned too with why it is now out of balance after being in balance it’s whole life. Seems to me it may have some other problems too.
