Help splicing loops in kermantle

What kind of splice you do on sirius ?

Same question here, are you guys splicing ReepShnur as a double braid? Anything done differently? I spliced an eye onto my new Captain Hook. Note the specks of core visible in a couple of places - wondering about that. Okay, or redo? Climbed on it and the splice didn't budge.

I'm not sure why anyone hunting deer is worried about camouflage rope. Just avoid using anything with blue or white in it.

Reep shnur is a double braid splice, I use a 5,5,5 taper pattern for the cover. Nice rope to splice with.
