We have a dead red oak, tree removal to do.

I think I will speed-line most of the limbs over the house.

So I'm thinking this might make a decent video.

I don't have a helmet cam system yet.

Anyone in the Maryland, Delaware, NJ, Penn, Virginia area have one that might want to rent it out for a day?

You could make a few bucks in this slow time.

I could drive and come pick it up or you could mail it.

tell me what you want money wise to do this.

pm me or reply here.

thanks.

how about $150 for one day?

if I break anything, I buy you new, whatever I break.

anyone, anyone????

I don't have the $2500 I need to spend on what system I want right now.

Hollereich was nice enough to point me toward this camera.

it's all self contained.

anyone have this?

It's been a year since I researched helmet cam systems and this one is pretty cheap.

I forget now what resolution is good.

this one is 640x480 resolution. Is that okay?

here's a link to this Twenty20 VholdR camera twenty20 vholdr camera

I'll sell my Archos helmet cam for $500, if that helps. That way you won't have to fuss with returning it.

It's the 30 gigabyte model 605 Wifi unit and has several plug-ins, wireless remote, and the docking station.

I've been meaning to upgrade anyway. In this picture, it is mounted above the right ear.

Hey ox. I'm actually in the market for a helmet cam. If x doesn't take you up on the offer I may consider it. What does it download the files as? How long is the battery life? How easy is the install onto the helmet?

first come first serve Family Tree buddy. I won't be jumping on it fast. I'd have to research a while first. So if ya beat me to it, ya beat me to it.

I fellow buzzer was nice enough to send me his set-up and said I could just use it and send it back. Just pay for the shipping.

Nice network of people we have with tree-buzz.

okay then, I will be happy to share what I learn about the cameras.

I'm thinking, simple might be the nice way to go now. Like the link I posted above.
