HaaS Bungee Repair?

So. I snapped the bungee cord in my Haas. Question is, can it be repaired?

Can I do it myself? Do I send it to Michael F.? Do I send it to Treestuff (where I purchased)?

Pretty sure there's a program where you can send it back to have it reconfigured for cheap. I'll see if I cant find you a link.
