and it was a pain in my booty to splice the dern thing for some reason i thought it was harder the regular p.i. (which i've done a couple of splices on and had gotten pretty efficient at. but i was cussing his h-ivy for a few hours. same construction i'm pretty sure, maybe it's all in my mind
smoothest line i've ever climbed on!

BUT hi-v is SO SOFT to the touch and not easy to break knots, but soft to the touch - nice and smooth that is what i have also -
mine is stating to show picks after about 60 climbs - but soft
