grcs rubber stoppers

whats a quick replacement? i read somewhere i may be able to find some sort of grommet to use as a fix for my missing ones.

A place that sells Trailer Parts will have them. They are used as door bumpers on the tailgates of enclosed trailers.

Cut up pieces of mudflap with a hole drilled will work too for awhile.

I use square of rubber roughly 12"x12" and 1/2" thick. Works better than bumpers because the whole area is pressed against the tree rather than the individual bumpers.
I see less damage to trees that are being saved.

We have RubberLine here. Usually they have off cuts for less money.
