GRCS For Sale

Frankly, the concern was that the GRCS might be stolen.
Thus, the concern about the S/N and contacts with Greg Good.
Greg keeps a list of those reported to him.

I don't know what Greg reported.

The story he was given via email was that it was found in the middle of the road...plausible i guess...but all pieces together? You would think the bar would've flew away...and way more scratch marks...not worth the risk down the road imo.. and from a new member.

I know a groundie from my area who would help himself to "fringe benefits" from whatever tree service he was working with. When he gets disgruntled about an issue he helps himself. F@#$er won't be working with me.

I apologize in advance if this is insulting & "off-base" ...........................

If I were not "arbor-interested", and found a GRCS in the middle of the road ................. I would have no idea what it was ! ! ! e.g. sailing hardware ? ? ?
How did the poster know to offer it for sale on TreeBuzz.com ? Value ?

If he is an arborist, he probably knows that it is very valuable. i.e. $2900 new.

Why not post asking if anyone "lost one" ?

Who would load a GRCS on a vehicle so that it could bounce out, onto the road ? ? ?

In the early 1980's I spent many, many, many months working in Kansas. It is VERY flat !

Just saying .........................

This grcs definitely did not fall out the truck with all the included accessories needed for operations, that's absurd.
