I am sorry to hear you got ripped off. I had it happen too. I came up with a better way to secure my roll up door. Here is a pic of my neighboring tree guy's container lock. It is more difficult to get a bolt cutter to the padlock. You could make your own too, or contact the local container sales company and see if they sell anything like that. Or you could buy one from AA Container and have it shipped. You would need a welder at your site though. Best to you, and come back strong.

I could get through that lock in less than 30 seconds... You NEED a lock with a hardened flange so you can't drill out the tumblers.

Guy I know locks up his container and parks a grapple truck against the door. And bleeds off the air, no way is some one getting in that door, of corse they could just cut a hole in the side of the container but that would be more time consuming.

Look at picking locks on youtube. Guy does it with all popular styles in a few seconds. Suggests one brand that is pretty pick proof. Not enough coffee to think of the name right now....

Basically you want to slow down the numbskulls with bolt cutters, tougher to stop thieves with skills.
