My kid was at camp out in Hume Lake for a wk , her second day there she got sick and i had to pick her up , 7hr drive up and 7hr drive back home all in one day, I will never do that again... I have never seen such big and masive trees in my life . I only had a short time to enjoy these great and awesome trees... Later from SO-CAL /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

You got that right! Our next trip is up north to those big trees... I was just talking to a freind of mine who knows some one up there that does work for the forest dept , there is a group of climbers that do some kind of volunteer work on those big guys for the forest dept, i think he said it was the ACRT group. It would be cool to get some tree BUZZ climbers up there. I will try and find out more info on this .. Later from SO-CAL /forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here's Mike Teti in the Reynolds Triple, over on the coast. Lookin good!

Photo by Jamie Goddard (hope that's ok, Jamie).

Regarding the trip to the Sierras, just say when. We are trying to put together a climb offering in the Giant Sequoias for the TREE Fund auction at TCI.

Better view of the Reynolds coast redwood.

This time, it's Mark Moeske & A. J. Remy, just after returning to earth. Again, this photo by Jamie Goddard.
