Gas verses Diesel

Not if he stacks those logs right.

It's crazy. So I bought this trailer to move wood. That was really becoming a pain for me. Now, I get people stopping like crazy to ask if they can buy the wood off me, or take it for free. I roll into town empty and roll back home empty most days. Those logs were going three houses down from this one.
I think people around me wonder if I ever haul logs with it. Every time they see me the trailers empty.

Yeah, I looked at the rating for the hitch and it is 18,500. Should it be more than that?

If its 18,500 than you should be alright. You must have a 2 1/2 receiver and not a 2 inch. I'd still be carefull with tongue weight though. Wouldn't be a bad idea to get it weighed at a truck stop to see where your at. It's not always true but most hitches max tongue weight is 10% of its capacity.

I really like it a lot. I find that it is way better than the ford. It has a LOT more power than the 6.0 that my ford had. Plus, it hasn't given me any major problems. I did just do rear brakes, rotators, and front steer tires. Thing runs like a dream. Turning radius is WAY better than the ford, but not as good as the mitsubishi. I would buy another one is heart beat.

Glad to hear it's turned out to be a great truck. I see a lot of tow trucks that are that model, so I'm not surprised to hear you say it has good power. My chevy 1-ton will be 20 years old next year, so I'm always thinking about the next step. Put in a new power steering pump with the help of a friend this weekend, and it's doing fine.

I think our next truck will be a GMC 5500 with just a bit more chip capacity. They are great trucks IMO!! When the time is right to upgrade they are pretty easy to come by used and in good condition.
