Glad to hear it wasn't worse.

Several years ago a local tree service owner was exiting a climb w/ gaff's. He jumped the last several feet, his feet tangled, and he stabbed his other foot badly. He then quit climbing.

I fell 10 feet out, twisted to land on my feet, this is the result. Hit the heel bone and deflected down. Achilles damage and out for 2.5 months (crutches for over a month, the worst part of the ordeal) Took 4 interior stitches and 4 exterior.Took two guys to pull my feet apart.
*this was about 3 years ago.
