Likewise, 6 month back log in October of last year, two to three weeks on my one day per week bid route backlog.
Come November and I was only looking at 1-3 jobs per week.
Just now kinda getting more calls and quotes in with a lower acceptance rate. I’m literally sitting on my ass and letting the guys work through it at a slower pace so they can keep decent hours. By far from a capitalist biz model. We could probably blast through our entire work load in a few weeks time.

This is really similar to our current pace. We are about to lose a guy going out on his own and if anything I’m looking at it as a positive.
