Just got a dehydrator for end of the season herbs too.

So...Panini's again...capicola, pastrami, with bacon. Went with the parm dusted provolone wedges as a side.

She made some the other week with butterscotch chips and crushed Heath bar bits in them. Holy Frejoles, talk about a game changer! More addictive than crack. I could not, could NOT stop eating them!

Biergarten at Trapp Family Lodge in Stowe, VT. Beers, wursts and cheddar ale soup were all good, but the spaetzle, which they deep fried, was spectacular!

We were surprised that the northern Midwest is crazy Catholic, and by crazy I mean LOTS. Even Culver's fast food here only serves their fish sandwich on Fridays.
Works for me, date night has the option for fish and chips at every restaurant.

Bump
Smoked turkey breast

18 hour spiced brining, 3 hours with mesquite and hickory.

Smoke ring isn't showing up well on my phone camera.

Served with baked garlic and parm cauliflower and white cheddar mac n cheese.
A very white meal incidentally.
