Y’all kinda depress me sometimes.
I had some sliced provolone cheese, hard salami, and dill pickles.

But I’m finally starting to see a little muscle definition in my stomach :)

Sauerkraut Balls stuffed w/ Sausage, Andouille & Fries
Rev: 210528 1610

Sauerkraut Balls:
½ lb Sauerkraut (Valsic brand) – salad spinner dried
1 t Baking powder
4 T AP Flour
Mix to combine.
5 chunks of sausage meat
Form into 2” balls

Breading:
AP Flour
Egg wash
Panko
Fry at 375 °F for 10 min.

Andouille sausage
