Field Supervisor/Trainer

Looking for the right person to oversee pruning and removal crews. Must be willing to train employees and provide leadership. Must have valid drivers liscense and be able to drive manual transmission and be a certified arborist.

Should have experience in all types of pruning and removal situations, and be up to date in the latest technology and climbing systems. Must have good knowledge of ANSI standards.

Responsibilities would include:
- Overseeing quality of work for 4+ pruning crews.
- Maintaining production for pruning crews
- Training guys on newest latest technology
- Overseeing all safety aspects of pruning division, being a member of company safety commitee.
- Working with ops manager in day to day activities

I am looking for someone that is going to be hands on out in the field working with the guys. Looking for this to be more than a head foremans position and assume more of in house trainers role.

Wage depends on experience (degree, certifications, years in industry). I expect to pay in the ballpark of 20 to 30/hour plus benefits but I am not limited to that. I am open to salary or hourly. Will pay for industry conferences as well.
