Leaf & Limb Tree Service (www.leaflimb.com) is based in Raleigh, North Carolina and has provided the local area with quality tree care services since 1997.
We are currently looking for an experienced climber. We offer competitive pay, employee benefits (health insurance, life insurance, short term disability, etc), and steady work. We typically work 40-50 hours per week throughout the year, including during winter. We pay overtime (time and a half) on any hours over 40 per week.
In order to be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
- You MUST have experience as a tree climber. Do not bother contacting us if you have not climbed for a tree service before. Climbing utility poles, rocks, cell phone towers, etc does not count as experience. You will be tested and expected to have a working knowledge of climbing, rigging, trimming techniques, tree felling methodology, crane work, etc.
- You must be legally employable (eg, you must have a social security number)
- You must have a valid driver's license, preferably a commercial driver's license (though a CDL is not mandatory)
- You must have transportation to/from work every day. We meet at/depart from the equipment parking lot. We provide transportation between jobs.
- You must be able to read, write, and understand English.
- You must be looking for full time employment. No part time workers will be considered.
